Our sales teams assist in determining which Novation products are appropriate based upon customer needs and machine configurations. We’ll describe the various products and options available.

Video demonstrations and visual sales meetings can be scheduled for a more detailed exchange to ensure all of your needs are met.


Novation products are designed for ease of installation by the user. We can assist in this process through the exchange of drawings or photos of our machines and your process lines on which they are to be installed.

We’ll walk you through the process with detailed manuals and by using the drawing exchange to suggest appropriate mounting locations. From simple operator pushbutton activation requiring no integration, to using inputs from your process to automatically trigger the flag applications, we are here to help.


All of our products operate with standardized software, however on occasion our clients have a need for specialized applications. As the authors of Novation software, our engineers are equipped to handle these specialized applications.

From simple no-change minor edit requests, to creating customized defect and efficiency reports, to full integration with in-plant inventory and information systems, our software engineers can handle it.


At Novation, we design for and expect our machines to run flawlessly for years with no maintenance required.

However, if technical questions arise, our staff is on call to quickly answer them. In person service calls, although available, are rarely required. Nearly all issues which arise on our WebFlaggers can be identified and resolved via email and phone.

If we are unable to assist you in diagnosing a problem with a machine in the field, we offer a service whereby we simply ship a replacement machine to swap out. Our goal is always to get you up and running ASAP.
